What We Do
The Woman's Club of Carlsbad is affiliated with the California Federation of Women's Clubs. We are a service organization committed to community improvement through charity and volunteer work.
Some of our ongoing projects are fund raising for Carlsbad High School scholarships, Palomar College nursing education, the Twin Vision book program for blind children, restoration of the Cleveland National Forest, the Oz North County program for at-risk youth, the Armed Forces YMCA, and North County Humane Society.
Our volunteer work includes making pillows and blankets for the Paul Newman Camp for seriously ill children. We also collect cancelled stamps, used greetingcards, empty prescription pill bottles and books. These items are used by our members for various charities.
